Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an anti-ultraviolet super-hydrophobic fabric and a preparation method therefor. The anti-ultraviolet super-hydrophobic fabric comprises a fabric and a nano-porous metal organic framework (MOF) structure grown in-situ on a surface of the fabric; and the nano-porous MOF structure is formed by coordination assembly of metal ions and an organic ligand. According to the present invention, diazo free-radical polymerization reaction is performed on carboxyl-containing aromatic radicals on the fiber surface to generate a carboxyl-containing aromatic polymer chain; and then, by means of a layer-by-layer self-assembly policy, an MOF structure crystal coating is grown in-situ on the fiber surface, and hydrophobization and then finishing are performed to obtain a super-hydrophobic MOF@ fabric. On the basis of the excellent characteristics of the MOF structure such as porous properties and a large specific surface area, and attachment of MOF crystals to the fiber surface by means of covalent bonds, excellent anti-ultraviolet and super-hydrophobic properties are imparted to the MOF@ fabric, and applications of the MOF@ fabric in the fields of stain-proofing or self-cleaning and the like are expanded. According to the present invention, the fabric finishing process is completed at room temperature, the production and preparation process is simple, the reaction conditions are mild, the operation is safe, and expanded production is easily implemented.
