Abstract:
A perovskite oxide-transition metal phosphide heterostructure composite electrode material, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof, relating to the fields of new energy and new materials. The perovskite oxide comprises Ln1-xSrxCr1-yMyO3- δ, Ln1-xSrxTi1-yMyO3- δ, Ln0.8Sr1.2MO4+ δ, etc., and the transition metal phosphide comprises M2P or MP2. The perovskite oxide is synthesized by using a solid-phase process or a sol-gel process; then the perovskite oxide is subjected to high-temperature reduction, and a perovskite oxide-metal composite material is obtained; and then the perovskite oxide-metal composite material is subjected to low-temperature phosphating, and a perovskite oxide-transition metal phosphide heterostructure composite electrode material is obtained, the transition metal phosphide nanoparticles being grown in-situ on an perovskite oxide skeleton in an island-shaped and semi-embedded manner. The obtained material has excellent electrocatalytic activity, such as oxygen reduction, oxygen precipitation, and hydrogen precipitation, and stability, is capable of meeting the requirements of constructing various new energy devices such as water electrolysis hydrogen production and metal-air batteries, and outputs excellent and stable electrochemical performance.
