Abstract:
An antibacterial nanofiber and a preparation method therefor, the method comprising: providing a spinning apparatus: the spinning apparatus comprises a liquid storage tank (1), a high-voltage power supply (3) electrically connected to the liquid storage tank (1), and a receiving member (2) arranged on one side of the liquid storage tank (1), and the receiving member (2) is grounded to form an electrostatic field between same and the liquid storage tank (1); preparing a spinning solution: weighing polylactic acid, chitosan and aloin and dissolving same in a solvent so as to form the spinning solution; and preparing nanofibers: placing the spinning solution in the liquid storage tank (1), the spinning solution forming a jet under the action of the electrostatic field, and the jet being received on the receiving member (2) so as to form nanofibers. By means of the foregoing manner, the nanofibers prepared thereby have high water vapor permeability, and thus have application prospects in shielding wounds while promoting the healing of wounds.
