Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to an antibody prediction method and apparatus, an electronic device, a storage medium, and a program. The method comprises: obtaining protein data of an antigen and protein data of an antibody to be predicted; obtaining at least one of data of a homologous protein of the antigen and data of a homologous protein of the antibody to be predicted; inputting to a neural network the at least one of the data of the homologous protein of the antigen and the data of the homologous protein of the antibody to be predicted, the protein data of the antigen, and the protein data of the antibody to be predicted to obtain, via the neural network, a predicted value that the antibody to be predicted is a neutralizing antibody corresponding to the antigen.
