Abstract:
An antibody purification method comprises: a step of bringing a solution containing an antibody and having a pH value of 3.0 or higher and lower than 5.6 into contact with a carrier having a 2,3-dihydroxypropyl group to allow the antibody to be adsorbed onto the carrier; and a step of bringing the carrier onto which the antibody had been adsorbed into contact with an elution solution having a pH value of 5.6 or higher and lower than 10 to cause the elution of the antibody from the carrier.
