Title:
ANTIBODY SPECIFICALLY BINDING TO ANTIGEN DERIVED FROM MYCOBACTERIA OR ANTIGEN-BINDING FRAGMENT THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/116212
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an antigen-binding fragment which specifically binds to CFP-10 or Ag85B which is an antigen derived from mycobacteria, a polynucleotide encoding the same, a recombinant vector comprising the polynucleotide, and a host cell comprising the recombinant vector. When the antigen-binding fragment of the present invention is used, CFP-10 or Ag85B, as an antigen derived from mycobacteria, can be detected with high sensitivity, it is possible to develop a kit capable of detecting mycobacteria rapidly and accurately.
