Abstract:

Disclosed are an antibody specifically recognizing 4-1BB, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region. The heavy chain variable region comprises HCDR1, HCDR2, and HCDR3, and the light chain variable region comprises LCDR1, LCDR2, and LCDR3. The sequence information of these regions is detailed in a sequence table. The antibody prepared in the present invention has better performance in affinity, better effect in inhibiting tumor growth in vivo, and smaller toxic and side effects.
