Abstract:
The present invention provides an antibody that binds to an extracellular domain of TMPRSS2, said antibody being capable of inhibiting the infection of cells by a betacoronavirus. Also provided are an antigen-binding fragment thereof, and a composition comprising the antibody or the antigen-binding fragment.
