Abstract:

Provided is an antigen binding protein capable of specifically binding to an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) on a cell membrane, said protein can bind to an amino acid epitope of domain II of EGFR so as to internalize a complex. Further provided are a method for treating tumors by using the antigen binding protein and a use thereof in the preparation of a drug.
