Abstract:
An antimicrobial melt-blown polyamide composite material, consisting primarily of a short carbon chain polyamide resin, a long carbon chain polyamide resin, an electret, and a loaded silver ion antibacterial agent. By means of using a composition of two polyamide resins, a long carbon chain polyamide resin is caused to be mixed into a melt-blown polyamide fabric having a short carbon chain polyamide resin as a main component, improving the dispersion of the loaded silver ion antibacterial agent and thereby ameliorating the defect that addition of a loaded silver ion antibacterial agent causes poor air-permeability in hot-blown polyamide fabrics. In addition, the hygroscopicity of the material can be reduced, ensuring electric charge stability over the course of long-term storage and use. Further provided in the invention is a preparation method for the described antimicrobial melt-blown polyamide composite material. By means of using a dodecanoic acid chain breaking agent, it is possible, in a period of degradation, to degrade only the short carbon chain polyamide resin and basically not degrade the long carbon chain polyamide resin, thus reducing the costs of raw material.
