Abstract:
A halogen-free flame retardant polyamide composite material, comprising the following components: 20 parts - 80 parts of a short carbon chain aliphatic polyamide resin; 15 parts - 20 parts of a halogen-free flame retardant; 0.01 parts - 10 parts methyl triallyl isocyanurate; and 10 parts - 50 parts of a glass fiber. A crosslinking structure is present between polyamide molecules in the halogen-free flame retardant polyamide composite material. A short carbon chain polyamide is selected, and by means of combined, synergistic use of a specific ratio of a halogen-free flame retardant and a specific amount of methyl triallyl isocyanurate, irradiation crosslinking treatment is performed, which can not only satisfy requirements for fire retarding, but also markedly improve thermocompression resistance, aging resistance, and thermal resistance.
