Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an antioxidant conductive copper paste, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof. The antioxidant conductive copper paste comprises: a copper powder, a resin, a cross-linking agent, a conductive reinforcing filler, an antioxidant adjuvant and a solvent, wherein the antioxidant adjuvant comprises: an organic copper salt, an alcohol amine compound, and an organic antioxidant agent. The antioxidant conductive copper paste has an excellent conductivity and a stable oxidation resistance, and the conductivity thereof is close to that of an existing conductive silver paste; in addition, the antioxidant conductive copper paste can be rapidly cured at a low temperature of 200ºC or below; after six months of natural storage at room temperature, the conductivity of the antioxidant conductive copper paste remains almost unchanged, indicating that the paste is virtually unoxidized; and after oxidizing the antioxidant conductive copper paste in air at 180ºC for 60 min, the conductivity thereof decreases, but is still comparable to that of current commercially available conductive copper pastes.
