Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a multi-station rotary microprobe full-automatic edge curling machine, wherein a plurality of clamping tools are provided on a rotating table to form a feeding station, an edge curling station, and a discharging station; a feeding mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a positioning mechanism and a discharging mechanism are provided on a machine table in a matching manner; the feeding mechanism feeds a probe to the feeding station; the positioning mechanism abuts against the upper end of the probe to position the probe in a vertical direction; the cutting mechanism comprises a cutting portion and a rotating portion; the rotating portion drives the probe to self-rotate; the cutting portion comprises a driving assembly and a forming cutter; the driving assembly drives the forming cutter to translate to form a curled edge after cutting the self-rotating probe; and the discharging mechanism moves the probe which has been subjected to edge curling away from the clamping tool. According to the present invention, by means of the arrangement of the feeding mechanism, the edge curling mechanism and the discharging mechanism, automatic feeding, edge curling and automatic discharging of the probe can be achieved, and high efficiency and high precision are achieved; and the edge curling mechanism cuts the self-rotating probe by means of a pair of forming cutters which move reciprocally and horizontally, so that high edge-curling efficiency, high edge-curling precision, and excellent product quality are achieved.
