Abstract:
Provided are: an antistatic coating agent with which a coating layer having exceptional antistatic properties, hydrophilicity, and durability such abrasion resistance as well as high visible-light transmittance can easily be formed at normal temperature on the surface of a base material made of glass; and an antistatic glass substrate in which this antistatic coating agent is used. A normal-temperature-curing antistatic coating agent containing tin oxide (SnO2), silica (SiO2), tungsten oxide (WO3), single-walled carbon nanotubes, and a liquid medium. Additionally, an antistatic glass substrate comprising a base material that is made of glass and a coating layer that is a cured layer formed from the antistatic coating agent and is provided on the surface of the base material.
