Abstract:

An apparatus for cleaning and maintaining the interior of a a wind generator inner hub, belonging to the technical field of wind power equipment. The apparatus comprises a handle component (1), a switching assembly (2), a combination cleaning assembly (3), a maintenance assembly (4), and an integrated handlebar (101) integrally provided in the handle component (1). The switching assembly (2) is rotatably connected in a switching shaft seat (103) by means of a switching shaft (202), and a steam cavity (216), a dirt collecting cavity (217) and an oil injection cavity (218) are separately provided in a switching main body (201). The combination cleaning assembly (3) is disposed in the steam cavity (216) and the dirt collecting cavity (217), and a high-temperature steam cleaning mechanism and a negative pressure dirt suction mechanism are arranged in the combination cleaning assembly (3), which can effectively clean oil stains in the interior of the wind generator inner hub. The maintenance assembly (4) is provided in the oil injection cavity (218). An oil injection pipe (402) in the maintenance assembly (4) can automatically extend out of a cleaning head (313), to perform lubrication maintenance on a cleaned part. The degree of integration is high, operation is convenient, and the operating stability of the wind driven generator can be improved.
