Abstract:
A fault frequency band identification method for a vibration signal of a speed reducer under a variable rotational speed working condition, comprising: S1, acquiring a vibration signal of a speed reducer; S2, performing frequency band division by using a 1/3 binary tree, and performing FIR filtering; S3, squaring a filtered signal after Hilbert transform to obtain an envelope signal; S4, using a computed order analysis method to perform angular domain resampling on the envelope signal and performing mean removal; S5, calculating a logarithmic envelope spectrum of each envelope signal; S6, intercepting the envelope spectrum and calculating a logarithmic envelope order cyclic component; and S7, filtering an obtained optimal demodulation frequency band, i.e., the frequency band of a maximum logarithmic envelope order cyclic component value, and performing envelope order spectrum analysis. According to the fault frequency band identification method for a vibration signal of a speed reducer under a variable rotational speed working condition, bearing fault feature information can be accurately extracted in a variable rotational speed working condition environment having high impulse noise, so that the method has the advantage of high accuracy.
