Abstract:
The present invention relates to a technology for performing disease-related gene mutation analysis using cohort data and generating disease-specific risk gene mutation information on the basis of the results. The objective of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for generating disease-specific risk gene mutation information using a time-varying covariate-based PRS model, and a method therefor, the apparatus being capable of, in assigning disease-specific genetic mutation correlation scores for each genetic mutation, providing relatively more accurate disease-specific genetic mutation correlation scores and risk gene mutation information for each genetic mutation by reflecting the influence of changes in the probability of disease occurrence over time.
