Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an apparatus and method for dynamically detecting a crack. The apparatus comprises: a probe configured to acquire permanent magnet disturbance data and moving magnet data of the inner surface of a pipeline; and a controller in communication with the probe and configured to: receive the permanent magnet disturbance data and the moving magnet data sent by the probe, and when the permanent magnet disturbance data and the moving magnet data meet a crack defect signal feature, determine that the permanent magnet disturbance data and the moving magnet data are data at the crack, and determine feature data of the crack according to the moving magnet data. According to the present application, the permanent magnet disturbance data and the moving magnet data of the inner surface of the pipeline are acquired by means of the probe, so that a crack defect of a gas pipeline can be detected under high-speed movement, and the efficiency and stability of dynamical crack detection are improved.
