Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus for monitoring a pipeline-soil coupling effect, and a controller. The method comprises: acquiring, in real time, environmental parameters, soil mass parameters and pipeline parameters of a buried pipeline, which parameters are sent by a plurality of sensors; correcting the soil mass parameters by means of the environmental parameters, so as to obtain corrected soil mass parameters; determining an acting force of a soil mass on the buried pipeline according to the corrected soil mass parameters; determining a strain change rate of the buried pipeline according to the pipeline parameters; and sending a corresponding alarm signal to a display device according to the corrected soil mass parameters, the acting force of the soil mass on the buried pipeline, or the strain change rate of the buried pipeline. The present application can determine an acting force of a soil mass on a buried pipeline and a law of evolution of the soil mass and the buried pipeline during an interaction, thereby achieving the aim of monitoring the safety of the buried pipeline and the soil mass during the interaction, and improving the reliability and accuracy of early warning and forecasting.
