Abstract:
An apparatus and method for molding an eccentric spiral tail fiber, relating to the field of tail fiber molding. The apparatus comprises a second mold (2) for bending the middle portion of a spiral section of a tail fiber. The second mold (2) comprises a rotating mold core (21) and a rotating nut (22) sleeved on the rotating mold core (21). A first semi-arc section (26) is provided on one end of the rotating mold core (21). A first fixing structure (27) for fixing the tail fiber is provided on the side of the first semi-arc section (26) away from the rotating mold core (21). A threaded section is provided on the middle portion of the rotating mold core (21). The rotating nut (22) is threadedly connected to the treaded section. A second pinch roller (25) is fixed to the end of the rotating nut (22) close to the first fixing structure (27) by means of a rotating shaft (24). A second space for the tail fiber to pass through is formed between the second pinch roller (25) and the rotating mold core (21). A bending operation on the spiral section of the tail fiber is implemented by the second mold (2) while a molding operation is performed on the spiral section of the tail fiber, and during a demolding operation, the demolding is simple without damaging the tail fiber.
