Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a color film substrate, comprising providing a substrate (1); forming a photoresist layer (2) on the substrate (1), the photoresist layer (2) comprising a preset coloring material (22), and the photoresist layer (2) comprising a first area (a), a second area (b), and a third area (c); and performing an exposure operation on the preset coloring material (22) in the first area (a), the second area (b), and the third area (c) for multiple times, so that the first area (a) transmits first preset light, the second area (b) transmits second preset light, and the third area (c) transmits third preset light.
