Abstract:
An apparatus for treating and recycling aluminum electrolysis solid waste comprises a furnace shell (1), a furnace lid (2), a furnace lining, a furnace wall refractory body (4), a furnace hearth refractory lining (28), a resistance heater (3), an in-furnace middle refractory wall (5), an alkali metal crystallizer (11), a thermal insulation cover plate (8), a metal cover (9), an electrode and indirect material chamber (12), and an electrolyte crystallization chamber and alkali metal crystallization chamber (13); the resistance heater (3) is made up of spent cathode fragments with a particle size less than 10 cm. The apparatus can implement complete separation of the spent cathode from carbon, alkali metal, and electrolyte in a carbon lining, is an environmental-friendly apparatus for treating aluminum electrolysis solid waste, and is very suitable for large-scale industrial promotion and application.
