Abstract:
Disclosed is the application of an electromagnetic method of heating ferromagnetic and/or non-magnetic materials as a method of electromagnetic heating and drying. In essence, the application of the proposed electromagnetic heating method for heating buildings, installations, transport systems, and for drying, involves heating and simultaneously releasing to the surroundings the heat obtained from ferromagnetic and/or non-magnetic materials by demagnetisation, bias currents and eddy currents generated by the electromotive force induced by the magnet current when a single-phase and/or multi-phase current of subsonic, sonic and ultrasonic frequencies is passed through the current-conducting elements made from a material with the lowest possible electrical resistivity and passing inside the heated materials which form a closed magnetic circuit, with or without the use of parallel and/or series resonance.
