Title:
APPLICATION OF ISX-9 IN TREATMENT OF AGING-RELATED CIRCADIAN RHYTHM AMPLITUDE DECREASE AND SLEEP DISORDER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/130675
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a use of ISX-9. Specifically, ISX-9 can be used for preparing a composition for one or more uses selected from a group consisting of: (i) prevention and/or treatment of circadian rhythm disorders; (ii) prevention and/or treatment of sleep disorders; (iii) increase of circadian rhythm amplitude; and/or (iv) improvement of the activity or expression of CamkIIδ protein. The active ingredient ISX-9 of the present invention can stably, continuously, and effectively treat circadian rhythm disorders and related diseases thereof in elderly objects in in vivo environments, ex vitro environments, and in vitro environments.
