Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of concrete durability monitoring, and particularly relates to an ECT method for quantitatively monitoring moisture transport. A function relationship between dielectric constant and saturation is determined before an ECT test is started, and said relationship is incorporated into an ECT reconstruction program. Sheet components made of the same material as a tested medium in an ECT sensor are selected as test objects; equilibrium humidities of the sheet components are regulated and controlled on the basis of five saturated salt solutions, and are converted into saturations of the components by means of formula calculation; original capacitance data of the sheet components having different relative humidities are acquired by means of a parallel plate capacitive sensor and an LCR digital bridge; and capacitance response values of the sheet components are converted into corresponding dielectric constant values by means of formula calculation, the relative humidity values of the sheet components are converted into corresponding saturation values by means of test determination, and a function relationship between dielectric constant and saturation is obtained by means of combination and value fitting. The function relationship in respect of the same material does not need to be repeatedly determined, so that the method is simple and efficient, and the economic cost and time cost are saved.
