The objective of the present invention is to achieve screen selection that does not require deep knowledge of a business system or load of a user. The present invention is provided with a screen acquisition assessment program (106) which assesses the degree of importance of a screen of an application (100) and additionally evaluates the assessment result, and an image database (204) which stores a screen that has been extracted from the application. The screen acquisition assessment program (106) quantifies operations upon the application and state changes of the application by way of a screen assessment function which converts the same into quantities that can be compared, assesses whether or not the same are to be saved to the image database (204) on the basis of results of comparison with thresholds of assessment rules, and stores the application screen into the image database (204). In addition, the screen acquisition assessment program (106) controls the thresholds of the managed assessment rules on the basis of evaluation results from an outside system which evaluates the assessment result.
