Abstract:
An aqueous antioxidant liquid specifically adapted for a galvanized pipe and a preparation method therefor, a method for protecting the surface of a galvanized pipe, and a galvanized pipe. Raw materials of the aqueous antioxidant liquid mainly comprise: a slightly basic acrylic resin, an antifoaming agent, a dispersing agent, a leveling agent, a drier, and deionized water. The preparation method comprises adding water to the slightly basic acrylic resin while stirring, then adding the antifoaming agent, the dispersing agent, the leveling agent, and the drier, and continuing stirring to give the special aqueous antioxidant liquid for a galvanized pipe. After being diluted, the above aqueous antioxidant solution is applied to the surface of a galvanized pipe to obtain a galvanized pipe with a surface protective layer.
