Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention are an emergency communication buoy device and a corresponding rescue method. The device comprises a positioning device, a buoyancy block, a compression spring, an optical fiber, a reel, a frame, an optical fiber sliding ring, a suction disc, an optical fiber socket and an oil-filled electromagnet; the positioning device is fixed at the top of the buoyancy block and is used for launching the position thereof after the buoy returns to the water surface; the buoyancy block is located above the frame, and the compression spring is arranged between the two; the suction disc is fixed in a central position at the bottom of the buoyancy block; the oil-filled electromagnet and the suction disc adhere to each other after electrification so as to limit vertical displacement of the buoyancy block; a limit bar is provided on an upper part of the frame and is used for limiting horizontal displacement of the buoyancy block; and the optical fiber is wound on the reel and is located at a lower part of the frame for transmitting data and control instructions. The present invention allows a surface mother vessel to directly intervene when a manned submersible is in underwater distress to complete the operation of pulling the submersible up above the surface and may also provide guidance for later rescue, thus improving the safety of underwater operation.
