Abstract:
Provided is an aqueous liquid cosmetic which, even when configured so as to include a colorant consisting only of an inorganic pigment such as an iron oxide pigment, is highly inhibited from suffering the aggregation or sedimentation of colorant particles and can attain a remarkable improvement in the concentration of drawn lines and which can further have improved fixability. The aqueous liquid cosmetic is suitable as, for example, makeup cosmetics such as eye shadow, eye liner, eyebrow, and mascara. The aqueous liquid cosmetic according to a first aspect of the present invention is a cosmetic to be accommodated in a pen-type applicator including an application part having a liner brush, characterized by comprising an iron oxide pigment, a poly(organic acid) or poly(organic acid) salt, emulsion particles including a copolymer of acrylates, a nonionic surfactant, and an aqueous solvent.
