Abstract:
Provided is an aqueous resin composition that includes a composite resin (A) and an aqueous medium (B) and in which the composite resin (A) includes a vinyl polymer (A1) and a urethane resin (A2), the vinyl polymer (A1) includes a unit derived from a conjugated diene compound, and the composite resin (A) has a hydroxy group and/or a thiol group. This aqueous resin composition makes it possible to suppress moisture permeability and exhibits strong adhesive strength between substrates of different materials even in cases of adhesion between a rubber substrate and a resin substrate or the like, and is thus suitable for use as an adhesive and as a coating agent.
