Abstract:
The present invention relates to an aqueous ultra-misty ultra-black treatment agent for synthetic leather, used for the final processing stages of synthetic leather, and comprising the following components: an aqueous resin, an aqueous dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a silica matting powder, a humectant, a DeuChem thickening agent, and water. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing the aqueous ultra-misty ultra-black treatment agent for synthetic leather. The components of the aqueous ultra-misty ultra-black treatment agent for synthetic leather in the present invention mutually coordinate and jointly interact; following treatment, the texture is unique, and leather produced using said treatment agent is naturally glossy, and has a clear colour, good colour spread, and good overall effects; the dispensed diluted spray solution has good storage stability and the pigments thereof do not easily settle. The aqueous ultra-misty ultra-black treatment agent for synthetic leather in the present invention is a novel material for final-stage treatment, and can be used in existing synthetic leather production lines; the process is simple, does not require changes to production equipment, and will not increase production costs.
