Abstract:
An arc-extinguishing power device drive apparatus is an arc-extinguishing power device drive apparatus, suitable for driving a power device, used in an electronic arc-extinguishing apparatus. A power device (SCR1) requiring to be driven is connected in parallel with a mechanical switch (K1) requiring arc extinguishing, the mechanical switch comprising a voltage detection switch (A) and a capacitor (C1), wherein the voltage detection switch (A) is used for detecting the voltage at both ends of the power device (SCR1); and in the working process of the mechanical switch (K1) breaking, the capacitor (C1) drives the power device (SCR1) by means of the voltage detection switch (A) to turn on, the voltage detection switch (A) being a fully controlled switch with a turn-on threshold greater than an on-state voltage of the power device (SCR1) under the condition of the power device (SCR1) having a forward voltage; and the voltage detection switch (A) being a semi-controlled switch under the condition of the power device (SCR1) having a reverse voltage. The invention has the advantages of strong anti-interference, good stability and a short power device turn-on time.
