Abstract:
[Problem] Technology capable of determining the presence of an abnormality in an arm while the arm is in a fixed state has been in strong demand. [Solution] This disclosure provides an arm control method in which a processor determines the presence of an abnormality in an arm while the arm operated by being driven by an actuator is fixed by a braking mechanism. This disclosure can determine the presence of an abnormality in an arm while the arm is in a state of being fixed by a braking mechanism. Therefore, the presence of an abnormality in an arm can be more safely determined. In addition, abnormal operation of an arm can be more reliably prevented. Of course, the effect of this disclosure is not limited to these.
