Date Jan. 21, 1993Compounds of Formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof: (I) wherein Q is optionally substituted phenyl or naphthyl; X and Y are each H, C1-6alkyl, C2-6alkenyl or X and Y are together =O; Z is O or S; R1 is H, optionally substituted C1-6alkyl, optionally substituted phenyl (C1-4alkyl), C2-6alkenyl, COC1-6alkylhalo, CORa, COORa, CONHRa, COC1-6alkylNRaRb or CONRaC1-6alkylCONRaRb; R2 is substituted C1-6alkyl, optionally substituted phenyl(C1-4alkyl), C2-6alkenyl, C1-6alkylhalo, CORa, COORa, CONHRa, COC1-6alkylNRaRb or CONRaC1-6alkylCONRaRb; or R1 and R2 together form a chain (CH2)p optionally substituted by oxo; R3 is H [or C1-6alkyl]; R4 is H, C1-6alkyl or phenyl; and R5 is optionally substituted (CH2)qphenyl; are tachykinin antagonists useful for treating pain.
