Abstract:
An array substrate, a display apparatus, and a method for preparing the array substrate, the array substrate (10) comprising a base substrate (1), a light-absorbing layer (2) and a bottom gate thin-film transistor unit arranged in sequence; the projection of the light absorbing layer (2) covers a gate electrode metal layer (3), a source electrode metal layer (7), and a drain electrode metal layer (8) of the bottom gate thin-film transistor unit. Without reducing the luminance of the display panel, all the ambient light irradiated onto the metal layers of the bottom gate thin-film transistor unit is effectively blocked.
