Abstract:
An array substrate, display panel, and display device. The array substrate comprises: a display area (4) and a non-display area. The non-display area comprising at least one first routing (1), wherein the first routing (1) is formed in such a way to connect to a signal circuit of the display area (4) and to a driver integrated circuit (6) provided on the non-display area, and at least one second routing (71, 72, 73, 74, 75), wherein the second routing (71, 72, 73, 74, 75) is formed in such a way to ensure a uniform distribution of a photoresist during a photoresist spin coating process. The array substrate can improve the uniformity of the distribution of a photoresist on the substrate during a photoresist spin coating process, thereby preventing a track mura defect.
