Abstract:
Disclosed is an array substrate comprising: a base substrate; a data line located on the base substrate; an electrically conductive shielding layer located on one side of the data line facing away from the base substrate; a pixel electrode located on one side of the data line facing away from the base substrate; and a black matrix located on one side of the electrically conductive shielding layer facing away from the data line. The electrically conductive shielding layer does not contact either the pixel electrode or the data line. Each of the electrically conductive shielding layer and the black matrix at least partially overlap with the data line in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate.
