Abstract:
Provided are an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. In the array substrate, a switch array layer is arranged on a first substrate and comprises a plurality of transistors; a pixel electrode layer comprises a plurality of pixel electrodes, the pixel electrodes being electrically connected to drain electrodes of the transistors by means of via holes; and a color resistance array layer comprises a plurality of color resistors, each color resistor comprising a first edge and a second edge, which are arranged opposite each other in a first direction. The first edge comprises a first recess, and the second edge comprises a second recess. In two color resistors arranged adjacent in the first direction, the first recess of one color resistor is arranged opposite the second recess of the other color resistor; and projections of the first recess and the second recess, which are arranged opposite each other, in a second direction at least partially overlap with projections of the via holes in the second direction, wherein the second direction is parallel to the thickness direction of the array substrate. The array substrate, the display panel and the display device provided in the present application can achieve curved-surface display and have a good display effect and a good preparation yield.
