Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are an array substrate, a display panel, and a display terminal. The array substrate comprises: a base; a first active layer, which is located above the base; a first metal layer, which comprises a source electrode, which is electrically connected to one end of the first active layer, and a first gate electrode, which is opposite to the first active layer; a second active layer, which is located above the first metal layer and is electrically connected to the first active layer, wherein the position of the first gate electrode is opposite to that of the second active layer; and a second metal layer, which comprises a drain electrode, which is electrically connected to the second active layer.
