Abstract:
An array substrate, having a display area (101) and a non-display area (102), comprising: a flexible substrate (10), an active layer (12) disposed on the flexible substrate (10) and in the display area (101), a first gate electrode (131) disposed on the flexible substrate (10) and in the display area (101), and an inorganic first gate insulating layer (13). The inorganic first gate insulating layer (13) is disposed between the active layer (12) and the first gate electrode (131) and is in the display area (101), not in the non-display area (102). The array substrate removes all parts that do not have the insulation function in an inorganic insulating layer, thereby effectively preventing breakage of inorganic substances when a display panel is folded.
