Disclosed in the present invention are a vibration sensor and an audio device. The vibration sensor comprises: a housing, the housing being provided with an accommodating cavity, and an opening being formed on the accommodating cavity; a circuit board component, which is fixedly connected to the housing and blocks the opening; an MEMS microphone, which is provided on one surface of the circuit board component, positioned in the accommodating cavity, and electrically connected to the circuit board component; a first vibration film, which is provided on the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity; and a mass block, which is fit with the surface of the first vibration film. When a vibration signal or a pressure signal is input from the side of the housing away from the accommodating cavity, the first vibration film and the mass block vibrate, so as to drive the air pressure in the accommodating cavity to change. The technical solution of the present invention aims at enabling a vibration sensor to have good vibration response to high frequency vibration and low frequency vibration, and therefore, the effect of the vibration sensor applied to the audio field is enhanced.
