Abstract:
Provided are an array substrate, manufacturing method and display device. The array substrate comprises a thin film transistor (TFT) and a conducting electrode (12); the TFT comprises a gate electrode (7), a source electrode (9), a drain electrode (10) and an active layer (4); the source electrode (9) and the drain electrode (10) are provided on the same layer and at two ends of the active layer (4), and the source electrode (9) and the drain electrode (10) at least partially directly contact the upper surface or lower surface of the active layer (4); and the conducting electrode (12) is directly provided on the drain electrode (10). The improvement of the layer structure of the array substrate utilizes a step-type photoresist process to complete the manufacturing of a plurality of layer structures in a primary patterning process, thus reducing the number of patterning processes, better ensuring the compactness of the array substrate, and ensuring good contact of each layer structure in the array substrate.
