Abstract:

An array substrate (100) and a manufacturing method therefor, and a liquid crystal display using the array substrate (100). The array substrate (100) comprises a plurality of first ITO wirings (150), and a substrate (110), a common electrode layer, a first insulating layer (130) and a conducting layer which are laminated in sequence. The common electrode layer comprises a plurality of gate lines (121) which are arranged at intervals. The conducting layer comprises a plurality of conducting mediums (141) which are arranged at intervals, and projections, on the common electrode layer, of the plurality of the conducting mediums (141) and the gate lines (121) are arranged in sequence. The first insulating layer (130) is provided with a first via hole (131) on a position corresponding to an end part of each gate line (121). Each first ITO wiring (150) is connected to an adjacent gate line (121) and conducting medium (141) through the first via hole (131). The plurality of gate lines (121), the plurality of first ITO wirings (150) and the plurality of conducting mediums (141) are connected end to end in sequence and arranged spirally. During a working process, the gate lines (121), the first ITO wirings (150) and the conducting mediums (141) can form impedance, so as to filter a high-frequency signal in a display process, improve the display effect and reduce the production cost.
