Abstract:

An array substrate, a manufacturing method therefor and a display device. The array substrate comprises a base substrate (100), pixel cells (110) which are located on the base substrate (100) and arranged in row and column directions, and first signal lines (130) which extend in the row direction. The pixel cells (110) comprise common electrodes (111); the common electrodes (111) of adjacent pixel cells (110) in the column direction are electrically connected to each other by means of first connecting parts (120); the first signal lines (130) are located between adjacent pixel cells (110) in the column direction; and the first connecting parts (120) and the first signal lines (130) at least partially overlap. The total overlap area of the first connecting part (120) and the first signal line (130) between the common electrodes (111) of each two adjacent pixel cells (110) in the array substrate is a first overlap area; at least one end of the first signal lines (130) are first signal input ends (1301); in the row direction, the first overlap area is reduced as the minimal distance between the first connecting part (120) and the first signal input end (1301) increases, compensating the signal delay caused by the metal signal lines, thereby improving the uneven display of a display panel.
