Abstract:
Disclosed is an array substrate, comprising a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region, wherein the peripheral region comprises a data line lead region and a driving circuit region, and the data line lead region is located between the driving circuit region and the display region; the driving circuit region contains a driving circuit, the data line lead region contains a plurality of data line leads, and the plurality of data line leads are led out from the display region and are electrically connected to the driving circuit; and the data line lead region contains an edge data line lead, a region, close to the edge data line lead, of the peripheral region contains at least one barrier wall, and the at least one barrier wall is used for preventing the edge data line lead from being affected by plasma. Also disclosed are a manufacturing method for an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. (Fig. 1)
