Abstract:
Disclosed are an array substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display panel. The array substrate comprises: a base; a first insulating layer; a first active layer; a protective layer; a first gate provided on the first active layer and spaced apart from the protective layer; a second insulating layer; and a first source electrode and a first drain electrode, the first source electrode and the first drain electrode being connected to the protective layer by means of a first via hole provided in the second insulating layer, wherein a material for the protective layer comprises an indium tin oxide or indium gallium zinc oxide.
