Abstract:
The present invention relates to a switch buffer circuit, which is capable of receiving a plurality of control words for a plurality of switches to be buffered. Each of the plurality of control words corresponds, on a one-to-one basis, to each of the plurality of switches to be buffered, and each of the plurality of control words is used for turning on or turning off one corresponding switch to be buffered among the plurality of switches to be buffered; and the switch buffer circuit may comprise: a selection and access module, which is used for selecting one of the plurality of control words and providing the selected control word to the following buffer module; and the buffer module, which is used for buffering the control word selected by the selection and access module and outputting the buffered control word to a switch to be buffered that corresponds to the control word. Further provided in the present invention are a temperature compensation control circuit and a voltage-controlled oscillator.
