Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of display, and discloses an array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display panel. The array substrate comprises: a base substrate, and a first transistor, a second transistor, a data line and a pixel electrode which are located on the base substrate. The data line in the array substrate is located on the side of a first active layer of the first transistor close to the base substrate, a first gate of the first transistor in the array substrate is located on the side of the first active layer facing away from the base, and the pixel electrode in the array substrate is located on the side of the first gate of the first transistor facing away from the base substrate. Therefore, it can be ensured that in the direction perpendicular to the base substrate, a perpendicular distance between the data line and the pixel electrode is large, so as to ensure that parasitic capacitance generated between the data line and the pixel electrode is small, so that the probability that the parasitic capacitance interferes with a data signal loaded on the data line is low, thus the data signal loaded on the data line can be normally transmitted to the pixel electrode, and the power consumption of the array substrate is effectively reduced.
