Abstract:
An array substrate, a photomask, and a display device. The array substrate comprises: a base; a common electrode layer (12), provided with a plurality of first via holes (121) at a predetermined position on the common electrode layer (12); a passivation layer (13), provided with a plurality of second via holes (131) concentrically arranged with the first via holes (121) in one-to-one correspondence; and a pixel electrode layer (14), provided with a plurality of pixel electrodes, wherein the area of the first via holes (121) gradually decrease along the direction from an output proximal end of a gate line to an output distant end thereof.
