Abstract:
Provided are an array substrate and a preparation method thereof, and a display device. The array substrate comprises a substrate (10) and a plurality of pixel units disposed on the substrate (10). Each pixel unit comprises a thin film transistor (1) and an inorganic light emitting diode (8). A drain (1D) of the thin film transistor (1) is connected to a first electrode of the inorganic light emitting diode (8) through a first electrode line (3), and a second electrode of the inorganic light emitting diode (8) is connected to a second electrode line (4). By using the advantages of the inorganic light-emitting diode (8), such as small size, high brightness, high contrast, light weight, low power consumption, high color gamut, high efficiency, and long lifetime, and by applying the inorganic light emitting diode (8) to the array substrate by means of transfer, the array substrate can be made to produce effects of higher resolution and better display effect.
